Can I return the merchandise once received?

* In the case of defective products, whether caused by manufacture or transport, you must notify us in 24 hours from receipt of the same and attach photographs to an e-mail to info@unamodesign.com (after 24 hours we will no longer accept responsibility).
In the period of 5 working days, we will proceed with the collection and once we have verified that the alleged defect is due to the manufacture or transport of the product, UNAMO design will notify the reimbursement of the amount within the following 30 working days.If we do not agree with the defect that has been notified, we will offer the possibility of sending the product back to you with the shipping costs to be covered by you.
* If you are not satisfied upon receipt of the order, there is a period of 48 hours to be counted from the date of receipt of the order to exercise your right to return. The shipping costs will be covered by you.
*In some cases, the colours and measurements are estimates which are close to reality but not 100% reliable. For specific cases, you must consult us as expenses incurred by returns for technical reasons will be covered by the client.
* In order to return the merchandise, the product must be intact and in its original packaging, if available. Once the merchandise has been received in our warehouses, after an inspection of the conditions of the same, we will proceed with reimbursement depending on the form of payment used by the client in a maximum period of 30 days.
* In the case of controversy or conflict that may be derived from the interpretation or compliance with the present specific conditions for purchase, this will be resolved by the Courts and Tribunals of Valencia, Spain.
